Recently, I-NAV Technology Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "I-NAV") successfully developed the first single-axis fiber optic gyroscope FOG7001 (the length of the optical fiber ring is 500 meters). The second smoothing is 0.06°/h, and the temperature change accuracy is better than 0.2°/h (uncompensated). The current technology and process are stable and meet the conditions for mass production. This product can be widely used in aerospace, aviation, navigation control, follow-up, strapdown attitude and other systems, as well as vehicle automatic navigation, unmanned aircraft attitude control and other fields.
FOG7001 is an interferometric all-digital closed-loop single-axis fiber optic gyroscope, which has the characteristics of large working bandwidth, high resolution, small size, small zero drift, high linearity, short start-up time, shock resistance, etc., and has high zero bias stability Accuracy and angular random walk and strong vibration resistance. At the same time, this product has leading optical path design and panel mounting technology, optimized four-state square wave modulation and software second feedback loop, high reliability and simple control.
Since its establishment in February this year, I-NAV has maintained a rapid development momentum. In just half a year, it has opened up the whole chain of "device-unit-system" in terms of inertial devices, inertial units, and integrated navigation systems, realizing independent algorithms and software and hardware design. . During the development of FOG7001 this time, I-NAV also realized the independent production of main optical components, which solved the problem that the inertial navigation industry could not balance high precision, low cost and large scale for a long time. Next, I-NAV will continue to expand the product matrix of fiber optic gyroscopes. On the one hand, it plans to launch the FOG7501 single-axis fiber optic gyroscope, which is expected to achieve a zero bias stability accuracy of 0.03°/h. On the other hand, in order to meet customer needs for low-cost solutions , will launch the FOG5001 single-axis small fiber optic gyroscope with a bias stability of 0.3°/h. At the same time, relying on its technical advantages in fiber optic gyroscopes, I-NAV will also accelerate the deployment of integrated navigation and positioning systems to seize the development opportunities in the precise positioning market for autonomous driving.
